Just to start you guys have and amazing boss who knows his stuff values his customers and never gives up! Fred the painter you sent to my House Shannon is like Picasso on a bad day. From the time he stepped into the house until the time he left his attention to detail on everything he did was priceless. He is the best painter that has walked in my house in over 2 years. He was following up the great job Harold Melvin did the previous day. Harold was like Swiss time piece providing me his game plan and arriving at 7.59 and 59 seconds just before 8. He had everything your Fearless leader ordered. The man is like a surgeon cutting every piece of Base Board. Both of these superstars were pleasure to watch work they set the standard of what great looks like. I not being a handyman was watching you tube videos all weekend on this stuff by experts, I saw the real deal when these guys arrived from start to finish. They were 100 percent focused on the job and checked in a couple of times to make sure no stone was left unturned. Fred is the master scheduling stuff and checking in. I share this with you guys because the job you do is not easy, You have a customer who suffered a traumatic event to their biggest investment. In many cases it also may force them to leave their house for safety reasons. You have to think quick like James and come up with a Plan than you have to Coordinate like David to balance cost. I would not have any idea where to start was blessed GHO was on site the day I noticed it. You are all extremely talented combined and putting your best foot forward you are a dynasty. Back to your fearless leader a person like Greg is what makes companies great he will never tell you this but he demands more from himself than he does form you guys. He also knows how blessed he is to have you in his team because many times you are the face of the company that he worked so hard to establish. Most customers do not take the time to write this stuff because they expect it because that is what they did all their lives also. I love doing this because I grew up poor in the best country in the world. The key to success was to work hard be around good people have integrity and pride in everything you do and people will notice. The Schlitt family in Vero Beach have been doing this for a long time. Greg was amazing to work with we challenged each other and we both won. My new house had the Navigate Seal Team hit the ground running from day 1 and took us to the finish line like a dynasty in the making.

"I own a single family rental in Vero Beach FL and last February was told by my property manager that I may have a mold issue in my kitchen and it would need to be gutted. As an absentee landlord in Colorado, this was horrible news. I have done a few remodels in my time, and the thought of having to manage one remotely seemed like a nightmare waiting to happen. Enter Navigate Construction into the picture. One of my biggest concerns was the health of my tenants and that they be minimally affected by the work that needed to be done. In that respect, Navigate did a great job. Greg and his crew immediately mitigated the mold issue, and, in one of the hottest construction markets ever, did a full kitchen remodel without me having to get on a plane. Communication was excellent and the work was extremely professional. Additionally, Greg has a lot of experience managing insurance claims and provided some much needed guidance in that area.
Overall, I leaned heavily on Navigate to take the lead and manage the project while I was out of state. At the end of the day, the work was completed quickly, professionally, and the new kitchen looks fantastic.
